Jaxon1023 My friend has one on his Sahara. Sounds really good. I have the cherry bomb flow master knockoff (it was free installed. PO had no muffler on it when I got it) and his sounds a lot deeper then mine.

Majnoon I put one on my 4.0 when it had 300 miles on it. It sounded great. Almost like I spent a ton of money. It was 40 bucks welded in lol! Wasn't overly loud. As I got older I moved to a quite exhaust but I miss it sometimes. It's got a nice deeper tone. Doesn't sound like a rice burner with a coffee can exhaust by any means.

Together or separate they aren't going to noticeably help power or mpg. Cold air intakes just don't do much of anything for Wranglers. The engine doesn't (usually) operate at an rpm level that would benefit from the increased air flow.

Mr Mac Welcome to the WF!

The Cherry Bomb is a little louder than a Magnaflow or some other mufflers. Some people love the louder sound, I prefer the more mellow tones like the Magnaflow. What the heack, try it, you may love it!

Cherry Bomb in the corner of my garage.......

So one afternoon after class a buddy of mine stopped by my shop asked if I would weld a pipe on his truck for him. After I did it, he gave me two of his old glasspacks. He said they're still good and i took them. I measured the pipe and I think that they'll fit but i'm hesitant to put them on my wrangler.

My question is what does a glasspack sound like on a 4.0 I6? Ive heard several people say that it will sound ricey and several that say it sounds good. some of the guys actually said it makes a little more power than stock. But im not looking for anything loud, just a rumble or a growl. What is this thing going to sound like and will it actually help power or mpg if I were to put it on with a open/cold air intake? if anyone has a video link or anything I would appreciate it.
