Be careful with PB blaster around your paint, I've heard of it breaking up the clear coat and then going after the paint job.

o3jeff It took me about a half hour to get mine off last weekend. Talking to the previous owner, she said she never had them off(2003). I just kept shooting some PB Blaster up the bottom and also between where the hinge separates and just kept swinging and lifting on the door and they finally came off.

I was reluctant to try the jack method since I was afraid of bending the door or hinges. And like everyone says in other threads, the doors are heavier than they look so be prepared when they do let loose!

foxinthemudd get a floor jack and a 2x4 put the 2x4 under the door close to the hinge and start pumpin. they do come off just takes a little muscle at times...

05 Willys Wrangler

I have tried everything I know and am still unable to get the doors off? Not sure if it is something I haven't tried. I already took off the nuts at the bottom and when I try to pull the doors off nothing happens. I tried swinging them back and forth with wd40 and tapping the bottom with a hammer. I am outta ideas and am starting to wonder if the doors even come off on this type of wrangler hopefully I am wrong. Anyone got any advice?
