Power Steering Rack and Pinion Trouble

hey guys i just found out that i DO have power sterring in my 95 YJ 2.5. while doing my tune up (which took me 9 serpentine belts to find the right one!) i discovered the power steering pump but the reservoir was empty. I filled it up and BAM there it was. But it looks to be like the giant contraption attached to the front axle ( i believe called the rack...not great with steering systems) is leaking out of the bottom.

Anyone else have this problem or know of any good solutions? Would it be better to fix or replace, and if replace does anyone have one to sell?

Thanks
-Wissam
