68v Like a chatter noise, when a cat converter shield is loose type noise, but they are not first thing I checked. All it needs to go away is a slight amount of fuel just barely touch gas pedal and it goes away?? It can be sitting still in drive way and rev it up and it also does it does not need to be moving.

68v Ok did some more digging around. Only make noise when motor is warmed up and let off throttle. Make noise even when not going down the road. I can rev it up and let off throttle in drive way amd make the noise. Do I have a motor problem?

Odd noise

I have a 2005 Wrangler 4.0, 6 spd., 42000 miles on it. Runs great except once it warms up(slightly) and I let off the gas pedal(down shift or down hills) just put a little back pressure on drive train, it makes a terrible rattle noise. Like a loose bracket chattering some where. Just give it a little gas and it goes away, push in the clutch pedal it goes away...... help!!!!
