Atthehop I believe your tires must not stick out beyond the fender flares. If you go to the state facility it may be an issue. You can use private station, they are not free like the state facilities, and they may overlook a small amount.

The state facilities are run by a private company but they can be ruthless. I failed my last time because my air horns were wired to my horn button. They must have blown them a dozen times before they knocked me down. I guess because they could not see them, they are under the hood, they wern't sure they were air horns.

If you have aux lights they must go off when the high beams are on also.

nj inspection?

anybody out there from jersey that can tell me about their inspection. i moving back and havent been there in 3 years so i need to know! also whats the deal with fender flares my wheels/tires are exposed by about 1 inch will they fail me!thanks
