No response from DV8 OFFROAD, yet, I'm still hopeful. Just keeping you updated.
Have a great holiday weekend. I'm going to get my tires dirty.

jk fletch I also broke the end off the lug cap adjusting the lug stud. No problem ,right, just use your other lug nuts, right? Wrong, the lugs and metric lug nuts are different size than your jeep. so don't misplace them if you have to use that spare tire.

I took care of some rust (mostly welds) on the inside of the bumper with Extend and black spray paint, the tire carrier has rust on the bottom of the tire support.
Fitment on the tire carrier was not all that bad as long as you have a drill to open holes up, a sander to size the plastic bushing supports for the bearing surface of the tire carrier post, a dead blow hammer to adjust the tire carrier lugs. I had to move one far enough that a broke a spot weld on the lug. (close to 1/4 of an inch). you know just your typical Jeep tools
I'll put another pic up . I don't like slamming anybody or company but i think they could have emailed me back.. Just saying

Thanks for the response.
I had a few problems with fitment and some rusting problems right from the start, DV8 wanted me to call, so I did, during the call he said he wanted me to send pictures, so I did, I guess everyone knows where this is going! I sent 2 followup emails, NO RESPONSE from all the above. I think the Bumper is great looking, (except for the rust) . as far as standing behind their product, I have my doubts of how well they are at that.

ROCKHARD69 I have a set made at DV8 bumpers. They are well made and shipping was fast and well packed. I am saving up the money for their rock sliders.

can you use those as foot steps as well or are they too close to the body?

Achtung Just got my DV8 bumpers installed. Went very well. Great bumpers. Only issue was getting them into Canada.

I have the rear bumper and tire carrier. Have not had any problems and it's been on for the last couple of months. I did drill and tap the grease zerk on the hinge and added a standard zerk fitting. The original was to small for any of my grease guns. No squeaks but the tire studs are very long so you will need to use the included lug nuts. My gorilla lug nuts were to short and I destroyed one and it made noise since it never was tight.

Has anyone had any issues with flickering? Some leds have that issues.

Well I'll be wiring these up then today. I'll post a pic or so.

I have had zero issues with mine and have wired them directly into the factory fog light wires. Only thing is the LEDs are so efficient that they will stay lit for a bit while it burns down the remaining power in the wires. Usually about 30 seconds after you shut off the lights they go out.

How long ago did you buy these? The rock rails we've been getting in for the last 6 months are much thicker and more rigid. Prior to that they were pretty thin but anything that you buy now is .250

MRatliff They don't come with the fairlead but I was considering going that route. Thanks

Tons of people sell license plate holders that attach to the winch fairlead.

I'm not sure if the KO bumper comes with the fairlead, but would be a permanent solution that wouldn't require modifying the bumper.
