Hilldweller google death wobble and see all of the topics from various forums.
If your Jeep is stock, something is loose and it should be easy to correct. If your Jeep is lifted, you have to figure out the weak link.
IMHO, they all come undersprung and underdamped from the factory...

RatherBNarizona Is your Jeep lifted? If so, how much?
Could be a number of things... including the death wobble

Wrangler Sahara 2008 - wheels jumping!

Dear friends, my wrangler with 17.000km and few months of life has a big problem and the official assistence from Chrysler is not able to match the problem. When driving at approx 50mph, after passing on a junction of the asphalt (little hump) the two front wheels start really to "jump", and they never stop. May be is not clear what I mean with "jump". The two wheels start a never-end vertical oscillation, so hard that people in the car are really scared. The oscillation stop only when speed drops less then 10mph.

Anybody can help me ?

Thanks
