Lovin' the mud-colored paint job!
You've got to fill me in on those locations the local PD turns a blind eye towards...

There's no traffic offroad...
So, I have a great beater for getting around town, hauling groceries, running errands and letting the dog destroy with minimal regrets.
I also have a fantastic built E46 M3 that I love and mainly only drive on the weekends. I'd like to pretend I have a bigger than normal presence on those forums (CAN HAZ M3) and at the meets and/or shows.
The one thing I didn't have was something that could handle the offroad territories that would allow me to get away from the strain and stress that is NoVa traffic. I also have always loved being able to go topless and cruise in a jeep. Hence, I give you my new pride and joy:
It's a 1997 Wrangler TJ that the previous owner had built for rock climbing and perhaps some mudding. The suspension is something my friends have never seen before and the lockers in the front and rear have taken some getting used to drive! It really is a blast to take offroading... now if only I can replace the front axle shaft I broke a couple days ago I'll be out there some more!
Glad to be here and hopefully meet some others in the Northern Virginia/Metro DC area. I'm in Fairfax, Fair Lakes to be precise.
