Check this thread out, I'll be getting rid of my well used/bent steel rocker guards pretty soon for a set of these... First photos of Savvy's new prototype aluminum rocker guards - JeepForum.com
6061 T-6 aluminum for the main part to save weight, steel on the exterior part for added strength. That manufacturer has some innovative stuff in the pipeline, that rock rail is their second product. Their first product was an aluminum gas tank skidplate now on my TJ that is pretty darned well bulletproof, surviving on one of the toughest rock crawling trips I've ever done that produced significant carnage on my TJ... though the aluminum gas tank skidplate survived with just scratches.

|jgano23||there is not much to rock rails. it is the tails and the nuts and bolts. if it doesn't come with hardware, i would recommend getting grade 8 hardware. they are stronger and i find that they are more resistant to rust as well.|

I was looking on Craigslist and found used rock rails. He want 250 dollars for them. They are in good condition and everything.
Is there anything that should come with it or is it just a bolt and go?
