Wiring connection question...High idle

So the YJ I got off of my brother has a high idle problem. I know it definately needs a muffler for one. But also I have found two connections are bad. The wiring that plugs into the throttle position sensor and also wiring that attatches towards the front driver side of the motor. One of the pins in each connector is bent and wrapped down into the connector. My question being would I be able to get the connectors (IF I can find them HAHAHA), cut the old ones off and spice in the new ones? Or do I need to replace the entire thing?

ps forgot to mention it is the 4 cyl fuel injected 5 speed.
