inner tie rod at pitman arm

it was clicking while turning, so I thought I would replace it. When I tried to take it off, the threads on the tie rod end were turning too! I put a vice grip and tried to hold it but that didn't work, so it is really broke. Also I have a right hand drive, the pitman arm is on the right side. I wonder if a stock one would fit?. I don't have a torch, maybe I can get a grinder in there?
