G-Pur Today, after getting off of the highway, my oil pressure zeroed out at the first stoplight that I hit. Any ideas?

Sharkey If it doesn't slip when you back out of your driveway, it's probly not fluid or torque converter. Sounds more like sticky valve, a good flush and some Marvel Mystery Oil might help...my .02

jdhallissey How does it feel when you go to the store run in and buy something and are going to move again within 10 mins or so? Does it still slip or is it fine?

Sorry confusing-

Does it still slip on hot starts to cold starts?

G-Pur Tranny was serviced about 8 months ago. I'll get on it this weekend. Thanks for the input.

jdhallissey Sounds like it is slipping when cold. Like Carcrazy have you checked the fluid? Changed the fluid? Most likely all it is.

new problem

Upon starting for the first time each day, the Jeep feels like it's not getting in gear correctly. I'll back out of the driveway, throw it in drive and hit the gas. When I do, it revs up, then it feels like the gear catches after about 3-4 seconds, then I'm on my way without any other problems throughout the day.

Thoughts?
