jpdocdave pretty much, is it a 4 cyl? all 4 banger yj's had 4.10's. if you want to be for sue you need to pull the cover. on the ring gear will be the number of teeth on each gear. divide those two numbers.

89 jeep wrangler yj rear end

ok so my drive shaft turns 4 times when i turn the wheel two complete times, so do this mean i have 4.10s in the rear. i dont have a tag on the diff and i just got this jeep and the owner was unsure.
