tiny terror We found the most amazing succulent and cactus nursery this weekend. For $20 I got about ten new plants for my "collection". My neighbor came over the other day and told me I have a rain forest in my backyard.

ya, pavers like that are very abrasive and they also pull moisture out of your skin, drying it out. i would strongly recommend wearing a pair of gloves if you are going to move them again.

That's the waterfall/fountain we've been removing. It was an eyesore that almost made me think twice about the house.

amy That looks really good, Tiny. I love working in the yard. Like Dare said, it's great therapy.

Cain, your tiki looks great. Be sure to post a pic when you get the big one done.
When I was a kid, we found a tiki along the river, after a flood. My folks set it up next to the driveway. It stood there for years, with moss growing on top, before the Oregon weather got to it.
I found an old picture of it.

tiny terror This one was inside for a really long time - no good direct light - so the growing pattern is leggy. It didn't have any leafs when she gave it to me. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it seems very happy outside in the sun. Hope it blooms soon.

Yup. I'll have to take a pic of the one my Dad has. It's more like a tree. Probably just a different variety.

You can keep the cacti, I'm still fine tuning my skill with those.

Dare2BSquare Yardwork is good therapy. I really enjoy getting my mits dirty working in the yard. The plus is that it also adds value to the property!

activelydying Looks AMAZING! You weren't kidding about the truck load part.

Wish I could put some of my plants in the ground instead of moving them inside each year.
