adkjoe In order to change the fluid you just need to pull off the diff cover to drain it and then fill her back up?

jgano23 i don't know how often they need to be changed, but i know that they should be changed after you go through mud and water b/c it can get in through the breather tubes. i change the diff fluid several times a year in my cj, but i have only changed it once in 68K miles on my tj . i think it is recommended that you change it every 15K, though.

Axle Fluid Schedual

How often does the fluid need to be changed in the axles? I was reviewing my owners manual and it seems they do it pretty often, but I don't know that mine has ever been drained and replaced...
