hahahahaha what kind of chicks?
Yeah dude, they should've primed it first. This is why if you want something done correctly, you have to do it yourself.

Yeah...it doesn't sound like those guys took enough time with the prep work.
Definitely take it back to be re-done.
If it were me, I'd be sure to make them redo everything that was done the first time, not just a touch up or match.
Chances are, if they didn't prep some areas correctly, the rest isn't prepped right either.
Good luck with it man.

|Rward||Sounds like they need too do a better prep job. Taking more time to clean, ect. before painting. If its dirty and oily good luck getting paint to stick. Make them do it right you paid for it. Best of LUCK!|

Paint Peeling Rant
So after buying two used doors, and noting that the drivers door had a bend and some cracks at the window frame, I took the jeep to the bodyshop to have the door repaired. While I was there, I asked them about the interior door panels ... they were not quite a match to the tan of my 99 (they came off a 98) and had some bad bleaching along the window line. I asked if they could paint them ... I figured black, to cover the tan and match the center stack. I had read here that you can paint the plastic in the car (like the dash panels).
The bodyshop said they could, assured me that once painted they would not peel or scrape off ... as they said, the paint "almost melts the top layer of the door panel so the paint bonds to the door." They said once it was painted it would not come off. Picked up the jeep yesterday.
Getting out, my foot rubbed the drivers door panel (sometimes I am clutsy getting that foot over the door sill) and what do you know, the paint scraped right off. Now I have a scratch in the passenger's door too, tan door panel showing right through the black. Gonna call and complain today. Very, very annoyed.
