Nah... Not Moon Zombies. But I got a feeling we'll be getting a visit from these guys.

Dare2BSquare This is exactly why we have had so much rain this year, and the deer are not moving in predectable patterns.

Don't screw with the moon!!!

There is no such thing as Martians!

There are no Martians, they all migrated to Earth a long time ago. No, the ones we have to worry about are the Moonites. They barely tolerated us leaving our trash there after we visited. Now we've bombed them. That's an act of war. Expect retaliation shortly.

amy It happened at around 3 am, this morning. In the first link, they have video of the impacts. I've been trying to watch them but I think they may be busy. It just keeps saying "video is loading".
They, supposedly, announced their findings at 7am on NASA TV but I haven't seen anything yet.

mudslinger150 did they release the video of the impact? or has it not yet happened...

BLACKTOOTHGRIN Interesting.
Thanks for that Amy.

They blew up the moon!!!

At 7:30 this morning, my daughter sent me a text message. (She spent the night at a friend's house.) The message said "They blew up the moon!"
She's 12 and with friends so I thought she was just being silly. But she was serious!

NASA - LCROSS

The Statesman

I haven't heard the results yet.
