|jdhallissey||Well then grab a cup of coffee and read the wrangler forum from your phone while the winch does it's work lol. I actually believe there is enough weight in a jeep to not hold the brakes just leave it in neutral.|

|nicolas-eric||The problem is my winch does 65 ft/min without load and a normal cable. With a synthetic line and some load itīs only about 50 ft/min fast. And I'm also lazy, I want it as fast as possible.|

|jdhallissey||The way you did it first is the way I have learned and the way I will keep doing it. It is simple you also don't do any work with method 1! (ya so what i am lazy )|

How to Roll Up Synthetic Winch Line ?
When I roll up my sythetic winch line I attach the hook on a tree and pull the Jeep to this tree with the winch while I pres the brake pedal. On that way I avoid that the winch line draws into the lower layers when I use the winch the next time with more load.
Some days ago I rear that I could roll the winch line up crosswise (each layer in a different direction) instead.
But how should that work?
Did you ever hear of that?
