harleydragon it won't be that hard..just drill the holes a little oversize and then weld the nuts in..cut the plates long enough to overlap the damaged area and then weld narrow plates on either side of the main plate to keep it from bending

that is what I would do..drill your holes and weld in any nuts before you weld the plate on..then either shorten those body lift blocks by that much or shim all the others out to match

Cameraman Lol. Yea, if a little is good alot is better...lol.. But seriously the metal is only about 1/16 inch thick. Im thinking about trying to weld 1/8 steal to the body and attaching to that...

1987Wrangler YJ looks like you going to need more body lift lmao. but since you have the lift it should be easy to replace the metal.

94 yj body lift problems

I just noticed that the back blocks of my yj body lift seems to have pushed through the body. I've had it a week and this is the first jeep I've owned. Not sure yet how to fix it. The blocks second from rear also have problems. Any ideas???
