I have a 2001 TJ as well, this is my second JK. First one was a 2011 4dr 70th Anniversary model. The motor was incredibly pathetic, didn't last long with us.
Looks really nice. Jeeps look natural with a soft top and 1/2 doors.

It's actually neither and quite far from both. That is Charlotte, NC. I actually traded a three pedal MINI for my JK.

just an fyi when my detailer was applying it he measured the paint and our clear coats are astonishly thin, to where he said there is maybe enough there to polish one more time (safely).

which polishes did you go with? i was once a detailer back in my other life, i just got to busy with my real business and decided to sell all of my equipment. i used to have a flex 3401 which was a beast, i hear the new kid on the block is the Rupes system which cuts polishing time in half! (considering the flex)

Good luck, cant wait to see how you make out with your paint restoration !
Missed this one, sorry.
Thanks for the heads up on the Opticoat, going to look into that.

Because my local parts store carries it, I used Meguiar's ultimate compound, polish & wax. Cutting pad on the compound & polishing, finishing pad on the wax. I'm just a novice car guy, nothing fancy here.

Blue Baby Sound Thanks!
I played find the scratch with the wife last night, she couldn't find any but I know a couple of places that I need to hit again.

Got around to buffing out the scratches today. Dark out so this is the best pic I have for now.

Hey Doc, I went with the Teraflex 2.5 coil lift and Ranch 9000XL shocks. So far so great. I'm considering whether or not I need the front control arm drop brackets. Not sure yet.
