Ok... Just got my package from UPS
I will start a new thread reviewing/showing the bumper, install, and any issues I notice... Good or bad

Paramount produces these bumpers and sells them to other companies. Smittybilt buys them as well. The E-Autogrilles versions are factory seconds with blems. Chris at JeepAddons gets the Paramounts factory direct and has by far the best pricing on them.
Mine has good welds and good powdercoat. It's a pretty solid bumper for the money.

|Dan5677||I got my rear tire carrier about a month ago and so far love it. It rattles a little over bumps and that is it|
|10-09-2013 12:48 AM|
|Moonrider||I wonder if powder coating and welds are poor quality compared to Smittybilt bumper, because they are identical but smitty costs $350 more|
|10-08-2013 11:48 PM|
That's it exactly!!
But $175 more!!!!
I know this bumper will probably have poor weld marks and powder coating issues... But for price, I can make do

The bumper looks similar to this one...

My Magic 8-Ball tells me the welds will be so-so, powder coating chipped in a few spots, but a decent bumper for the money.
It's a bumper from China, folks. Do the math. It isn't going to solve world hunger and male pattern baldness, or give your JK the ability to fly.

|Riccochet||Looks the same as the Paramount Restyling bumper. If so, I have both front and rear. They're decent for the money.|

Had to order a Rugged Ridge 3rd brake lamp assembly also

|New2012JEEP||Gotcha, it just seems like the hitch is really off center or even crooked, might be the monitor I am using.|

|bill9274||I have not seen the ebay bumpers but my son has a yj he put the e auto grill flatfenders corner guards with tube fenders on at the first of the summer his buddy ordered the same set up from smittybilt for about $450 more and we helped him install. They were they same thing made in the same factory only changes were some of the fasteners|

I did see a AEV one on the road few days ago. Was behind the guy and was wondering what was "off" about the rear of his jeep. The carrier is closer to the passenger side. That would drive me crazy.

|New2012JEEP||Anyone else think those pictures make the bumper look really asymmetrical and bad quality?|

I actually talked to them if it was built in house a few weeks ago. Designed here and made in China, but just about anything under $800 is.
My only worry is if those integrated receiver hitches are tow rated.

^ I hear ya.
I remember reading somewhere that the rugged ridge tire carrier linkage kit was unable to work with this out of the box, but im pretty sure you can alter it to work if your handy.

Those modifications was something I was planing on doing if needed. Plus come up with a way to connect it to the tailgate for easy operation.
I know I can buy bumpers to where you don't need to do anything like the mentioned above. But all that isn't a deal breaker for me since the cost is around $500

I have one as well.
I started a show thread awhile ago. The only thing I did was bedline it and take the bracket to a welder. I bought 3 new wheel studs for 30 bucks and had a welder replace the studs. The ones on the bracket don't seem too sturdy. All in all I love the freakin thing
