1BLKJP I don't know who makes the SS SYE's, but you are correct about the standard ones.

Josh, check AEV I think they are making a box now that is significantly cheaper than the old Superlift one.

ExDementia Slightly off topic but aren't the Rugged Ridge SYE's the same as the Advance Adapters' version? Just re-branded?

Holy crap JD . . . I thought I'd learned a thing or two about Jeeps in the last couple of years but I don't have a damn clue as to what your talking about!!! Mega shortie or Super shortie . . . are you talking about something like this or what?

Info on SS MS SYE kits.

When you go from the gear driven speedo to the electronic in the Mega shortie or Super shortie you can get your speedometer to work in pre-2000 TJ's by cutting out the plugs and hard wiring the lines together. The only issue is your speedo will read like it is stock in the truck before gear changes or tire changes. The only way to get it to read the correct speed is to buy the box to adjust the signal for tire size and gear changes. Any questions I would be glad to help out since I put in the Rugged Ridge Mega Shortie SYE.
