medic-on-fire Thanks to Neil F. (and the rest of the group!)....The lights I am looking for are the Savvy Offroad LED Taillights.

Anybody have any experience with these? If so, what are your thoughts?

This place has flange and grommet mount depending on your preference. Each light comes with the mount and pig tail for a good price. I've purchased from them before and didn't have any problems. I'd like to support a jeep vendor but I haven't found any of them that carry this particular product.

I picked up some LED trailer lights from Autozone. I think that were 60 for both. The do not have reverse lights incorporated so I got some white LED strips. My buddy did simialar but used fog lights for the reverse.

erickpl LED's and corner armor are made for each other. Put on the armor, and there's your template for cutting. Once you cut, just file the burrs, then paint with a primer. You can then paint with body color or just cover with corner armor.

With Lightn Boltz for the license plate.

LOL, that didn't take much convincing. Clifford does have one SWEET looking ride though. I've been thinking about this so your post caught my eye. Post pics when you get them in and let me know how you like them and how hard it was.

MR.CLIFFORD If you cut or drill a hole you should prep it for rust prevention. Cut your hole and paint the exposed metal. You only need to get past that first hole. Then everything is easy!

medic-on-fire Buddy, that is one bad azz ride you're wheelin' there!

I like those lights, too....I particularly like the way you mounted your third brake light in the tail gate. I've been avoiding the flush mount world, simply because I don't want to cut too many holes in my tub (I live in the capital city of the rust belt!). If I could find a good way to get a really clean cut and seal it out (beyond the grommet), I would consider flush mounting.

Thanks for the reply and the pics, though....I'll have to put SuperLite LED's on my list.

MR.CLIFFORD I used American SuperLite LEDs on my last jeep and I just placed a new order to update the rear of my new junk. They have 4" LEDs in red, clear, and amber with all the matching grommets and pig tail wiring harnesses. They are flush mount and you will need to figure out a tag light and a back up light. But those are both easy.

Pics of my last jeep so you can see the tail lights.

and at night.

They are quite a bit cheaper than ORO's set up. Each 4" LED and grommet plus harness was 32/each. I think they are great. I also installed the fronts to match in the grill and the 2" in the hood.

LED Tail Light Question

Ok, so before I get flamed for not completing a search, I have read through what seems like every thread on this forum. I still cannot find what I'm looking for....

That said, I am attempting to replace my stock taillight's with LED's. I am open to suggestions, but I am currently interested in the ORO's. There is another manufacturer that was discussed some time over the past few months. I believe they just released their LED taillights in July (as best as I can recall). For the life of me, I cannot remember who made those lights though! They are not a flush mount and as such, they do not require that I cut any new holes in my tub. These lights also had more of a stock look, as they are square. They are just LED's with a much lower profile.

If anyone can offer any assistance as to who made these lights, I would be eternally grateful for the help! Like I said before, I am also open to other suggestions as well. I'm not particularly loyal to any one brand or manufacturer, so I can be swayed here!
