wont crank over

Hello I'm new,

I have 1 94 YJ 2.5, 5 spd and my engine wont crank, I have a clicking sound. I replaced the starter and battery. Still no crank. I'm able to push start the YJ and it will run great. I checked fuses and cables, also used jumpers to ground out starter and do a manual crank, and still nothing. I was thinking it could be my ignition switch. Anyone have suggestions?

Thank you....
