i was thinking the same thing because i have 2.25" spacers aswell and i just want about 2 more inches. i did the math and buying everything seperate will cost alot more cause u will need parts that dont apply to the springs ur putting in. So i ordered the rough country 4" kit for 530 and comes complete, and im taking out the spacers.

TXST8tj one thing to consider is, a 3" spring generally doesn't cost any less than a 5" or 6" spring. so if you're going that high, there really is no use running the spacers and coils.

4Jeepn You can run new springs and BB together. That puts you about 5"'s of lift give or take. With that amount of lift, you will find that adj control arms may be needed. Along with either a SYE kit for the transfer case or a hack and tap driveshaft kit. While your stock brake line would be okay, might as well upgrade them to longer one's. You will also want to get a front adj track bar. The best thing to do is look at lifts in the 4-6 range and see what they come with and sujest to have added, as that will be the range you will be in.

Lift plus Budget Boost

I currently have a 2.25 budget boost on my 1999 sahara and i am running 32X11.50's. my question is this: i am looking to upgrade to a suspension lift at the beginning of the summer and need to know what i can combine with my current budget boost. i am looking at the Black Diamond 3" suspension lift w/AT shocks. will it be ok to combine these two lifts, and if so what else will i need other than the lift kit (transfer case lowering kit, longer control arms, extended brake lines???) i am just wondering if it would be cheaper in the end to take my budget boost off and buy a kit that already comes with all the necessary parts, or combine the two. thanks for all the help.
