|Jeepsr4me||If its the 30 spline and disc brakes then yes good deal. But 60/14 is the way to go if you running 37 and up tires. Cause you can stand on those and not worry too much about hearing that POP............................ Then the uhoooooooooooo|

|morphious||suppose but i'm going to assume he found one with front disk.and the better spline count, and i would much rather have the 60 up front and the 14 bolt in back. its over kill but it wont break unless u do something really wrong.|

|Jeepsr4me||They may be the low spline count axles. The older stuff had 10 spline or 21. And thin axle shafts.|

|morphious||well this is just me but i would go dana 60 front with a gm 14 bolt for the rear. if ur going to bo that big any way then might as well go all the way.|

|big orange yj||They're great candidates if u plan on runng 35's or bigger because of the size of the dana 60. I'd say go for it.|

|4Jeepn||You would need to use the model 20 as I am guessing the 44 diff is opposite of stock YJ. The 60 could be good or bad depending on the spline count. Also these should be full width, and most likey 5.5 bolt pattern if not bigger, so new rims. Go check them out and see what you think.|

Dana 44 front, Dana 60 rear ????
I found a guy selling '72 jeep truck with a Dana 44 front axel and a Dana 60 rear axel set for $250. Are these axels good candidates for a YJ swap? It also has a dana 20 transfer case.
I know very little about the Dana 60 and can't find much here.
