joelpresmyk lol oh ok my bad but welding would still be a good thing to know. ok i will probably buy it monday and do it then
11-15-2009 01:44 AM
jdhallissey jb weld requires no welding just squeeze the tube lol. ehh save yourself the hassle of pulling the door off again and just get the little plastic part.
11-15-2009 01:38 AM
joelpresmyk oh nice! that makes me feel alot better!! haha well atleast it worked for a while. man i need to have my brother teach me to weld!
11-15-2009 01:35 AM
jdhallissey umm takes about 5 mins give or take to take the door apart. You will see the broken part right away. I jb welded mine and it worked for like another month then it broke again lol. Guess I am at that stage too where I need to fix it right. Except mine is on the driver side.

joelpresmyk okay awesome atleast it is a cheap fix. how hard is it to take the door apart? haha you got that right and i actually thought if that right when it happened
11-15-2009 01:13 AM
jdhallissey haha yep the little piece of plastic that lets the door open and shut from the inside. It broke, like 10 bucks at auto zone. Just have to pull the door apart. But hey look at it this way, you looked like a true gentlemen opening the doors again!
