|CarolinaBound||I'd like something for my doors definitely. Since they're flat you can see every. single. pinstripe. from my first couple wheelin trips when I didn't give a shit or know any better. Hell I was getting close to building wood half doors that I could use just for the trail.|

|Westbrook||Seems like a good idea, just noticed a big scratch from the weekend tonight that goes from my drivers quarter panel right up on to the door. I dunno whether I would go for it myself just not that big of a problem for me. Don't get me wrong I like my washed and waxed Jeep but scratches are part of the territory of offroading.|

DIY trail skins
Anyone make there own form of trail skins..???
the few trails we drive on often to get around to other areas are mainly used by quads and the brush is pretty tight (really tight sometimes) looking for an idea on covering the doors and side of the quarters to keep to many big scratches..
while my jeep has its own dings and scratches already i may have a cheap fix. found a roll of sheet magnet online (24 inch by 10 foot) looking to use large paper to shape the panels and then cut the magnet to size and paint it black.. then slap those on before i squeaze through the bushes and maybe that will work
anyone ever see this or so something similar
