Ordered from 4WD.com because it was a good $50 cheaper.

Ripper Shifter by B&M--Part# B/M45048--$215.99
Universal Shifter T-Handle by B&M--Part# B/M80641--$22.49
Jeep® Non-Transponder Rock Key--Part# VELY157R--$16.19
Subtotal: $254.67 -- Shipping: $0.00 -- Grand Total: $254.67

I also ordered a inner boot from Quadratec for $31.98 shipped because 4WD.com didn't have that part. Ordered them last Monday and had all parts at my house by Friday.

B&M Shifter

Just installed a B&M Short throw shifter in my 01 TJ. The difference is almost unbelievable. Shifts are ridiculously short and direct. No more grinding and popping out of 2nd and reverse like it was doing before. I highly recommend it.
Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics
Bonus shot of the commute audio system. Pulls out easily after removing a few hidden bolts (for security) before finding trails.
