I'll see if I can help you. I have the same top that you are having problems with. Its not installed right now but I have it for the summers. From the looks of your pictures Everything looks right. If i remember correctly I just slid the cab top under the tonneau cover on the rail. The attached picture is of mine installed. I didn't have any close ups so this is the best I can show you. As for the rear bar, make sure you have it installed the right way on to the tonneau cover. I had the same problem and it ended up being my fault and having the bar on the tonneau cover on wrong. I also put foam or drawer linear on the bar so that it didn't rattle. Other advice I would give you is to get the tonneau cover all installed and then pull on the tonneau cover at the ends by the driver and passenger doors and pull towards the front of the Jeep. This will help keep the cover tight. If you have any other questions I would be happy to see if I can help. Hope this helps.

Rampage Cab Top with Tonneau
Amazon.com: Rampage 994015 Denim Black Cab Top with Front Passenger Enclosure: Automotive
i purchased that get up... and i'm having an issue.. i put the top on like it says but there is literately no instructions for the tonneau other than snap it to the cab top. But the problem is the tonneau comes up to far and it has to clip into the rail at the same place the back of cab top clips in behind the door surrounds.. anyone put one of these on and can guide a fella?.. I'm at a loss to be perfectly honest.
