4 wheel drive and Tires

I currently have Firestone MT 31-1050 tires on my Jeep, I needed to purchase 1 new tire to pass PA state inspection. I went to a Firestone Garage and asked for 2 new tires, and they put on AT 31-1050 instead of MT.

Will having two terrian types on my jeep (MT in Front and the New AT in the Back) mess with my 4 wheel drive?
