04moneypit I noticed that the bender you are using left dimples in the steel, I had the same problem when I built mine, If you make another, move the rollers farther out from center one or two notches, then, if you need more bend, move it in a notch after you've already got it bent close to where you want it. I have to agree that the top hoop, looks fairly awkward, If you made it bigger to protect the radiator, or eliminated it and remounted your lights, it might clean it up some. I know after mine were finished, and the new wore off, I saw a few things I should have done differently too. But, all in all, looks great and props to you for building your own stuff.

Rockodile Awesome Job!! Only thing I personally would do different is make the upper bar higher and wider to protect my radiator in a roll. NOTE: that is just me....You did a SWEET JOB...especially like the jeep logo!

AussieDave the top hoop is at that height so a 8274 high mount winch can fit in.

those are the best winches, and my other 4wd has one, i'll put one on the jeep one day

AzTJ I like the tubes that come out the protect the fender... but that main hoop is too tall for my likings. but to have your own home built, thats the best!
