|4586shaggy||Everything is tight. Got a little mud on the tires and couldn't go above 40 without wobble. Im thinking balancing issue. Gonna rotate the front to the rear and see if it improves. If not then gonna get them all re-rebalanced...|

Why on Earth would you think sway bar links would be causing your wobble?
Think about this.
As for your track bar bolt, that's a non issue as long as proper torque is achieved.

How do you like those RC 2.2 shocks.
I'm running them also when I first got them I thought they were wrong because they mount what I call upside down, but the ride is great.

|NJO||Have someone get under vehicle and turn wheel back n forth slowly(engine off), look for movement and flex. Re check all the bolts to being tq'd correctly.|

|4586shaggy||Reboot thread. Random short death wobble now. Will get it on smaller bumps when they are closer together or when it is windy and I go over a bump... steering seems a little "vague" is the best way I can say it... but alignment checks out perfect... any thoughts? For anyone new, I have rough country 2.5" springs with RC 2.2 shocks. All new tie rod ends and new drag link. Metal cloak track bar and jks rear end links. I'm waiting for some money to get new end links in the front, which would be the only thing left I ban think of that may be causing it. I do live in Wisconsin and it just started getting colder so maybe tire pressure can be affecting it? All tires were balanced when alignment was some too. I have 31x10.5x15 tires. Average temp in 40's but it will be getting colder. what would best tire pressure be?|

|4586shaggy||Driving smooth as butter now. To it to my buddy's tire shop, used the hawk eye digital alignment machine. Numbers now perfect|

So I just took a test drive after installing the track bar, have to do another alignment, but stuck my head out the window while driving and noticed wobble but did not feel anything on the steering wheel. I'm thinking that the alignment might take care of it. But I will keep you updated. Any ideas or thoughts in the mean time?|

No... I'm talking about wrong hardware included, on both ends.
I was more than kind.
Here's my review to them verbatim:
Four out of Five Stars
"As another reviewer mentioned: "The supplied bolt for the axle bushing is too small for the bushing." This was the same case with mine. I was able to purchase a Grade 8 replacement of the proper diameter, but wasn't expecting that halfway through the job.
On the other end of the trackbar (orbital joint) I found that the supplied hex nut was coarse thread while the supplied bolt was fine thread - mismatched. Another trip to the hardware store solved it of course... but these issues turned an easy install into more of a hassle than expected. Especially because I had to weld a nut-stop to the axle bushing replacement nut to make it function properly.
Still, this trackbar is far superior to anything I've seen on the market and I highly recommend it despite the QC hardware issues mentioned. Easily a five star product if I hadn't experienced the hardware problems.
Shipping was fast for me. I received it within a week."

I didn't need the instructions per se and I'm a good wrencher. Still... shouldn't have to extract them from another set of instructions.
Also the one size fits all issue for the unknowing consumer. I still think their company needs a few more trips around the block. I'm optimistic that they'll continue to improve and eventually establish a proven track record.
Despite all this, I'm still a happy customer... no complaints with the TB in service.

Product Description states: "Tools Required - Ratchet Set, Wrench Set, Lift or... Jack w/ Jack Stands."
Doesn't even mention anything about needing a drill or specific bit sizes.
I had no problem drilling, I'm sure you didn't either... might surprise others. Would be kinda nice to know what size bits to buy... or for someone who's never installed an aftermarket TB.
They have a few bugs to work out, lets face it. Awesome products but they have a few bugs to work out.

... I shouldn't even have to be thinking about this. They market this TB as a "true bolt on"... it is not. Drilling required on both OEM brackets to fit their bolts and needless to say more tinkering if you're only running a 2" lift. They could at least include instructions or installation tips, nothing... and I shouldn't be required to call them.
Some of Metalcloak's products just aren't quite ready for prime time. I think this is obvious. Maybe they hit the ground running a little fast with this company. I'm happy with it but in hindsight maybe I should have just held onto the JKS.
Now leaning heavily toward Currie for my future TJ related suspension investments. I'll give Metalcloak's company a few years to grow up.
