Silver I didn't make myself enough clear, but what I mean is the idle motor is that motor, what is on near Throttle Body and it accurates the idle speed.
Is there any way to clean and oil the motor?

Silver "An idle motor controls the idle-like when U turn on the AC,It will raise the RPM's so the engine doesn't stall. Idle motors are used on computer cars & instead of a screw adjustment. "

Idle motor makes "noise"

On my 89' 2.5l TBI Wrangler the idle motor makes noise, when you come from driving and turn off the ignition, then the "beeeep" sound comes.
In winter, the noise is more longer than, in summer.
The idle motor works but, the noise sometimes disturbs me.
Can I take it apart and oil the motor or smth?
