I'm going to post this link again, because I like it. It has lift reviews of many types of kits, and not just out of the box reviews, but reviews from drivers who've been running the kits for months or years.

You might want to look into the Full traction 3" Econo kit or one of the Tera Flex kits.
I haven't seen or heard anything on the Zone kits.
If you do the SYE & Rear CV Shaft, you'll probably need a Rear Track Bar Bracket to retain the stock trackbar.

4" is that suspension lift height where things start getting more complex, especially where preventing drivetrain vibrations are concerned that result from the steepened rear driveshaft angle. I doubt that 1" transfer case drop they include with the kit will be enough to prevent drivetrain vibes that can't just be lived with since they can take out bearings, seals, and/or u-joints.
If you have an Unlimited, you'll probably be ok there due to the Unlimited's longer wheelbase and longer rear driveshaft which are less affected by suspension lift height. But if you have a standard TJ, you'll likely need more than just the 1" transfer case drop to eliminate the vibes. Adding a set of 1" taller motor mounts may be enough, but they may not be. 1" taller motor mounts help tilt the engine down a bit in the rear which reduces the steepened rear driveshaft angle caused by the suspension lift.
Better yet, install a SYE kit and longer CV driveshaft for around $500 which is the right way to set up your drivetrain for that tall of a lift. Tom Wood has them for something just under $500 if I recall correctly and it's not difficult to install if you're handy with tools and are not afraid to get inside of the transfer case for a little minor swapping of parts that allow a longer rear CV driveshaft to be run.
If you stick with a 3" suspension lift, things will be a LOT simpler and less expensive to do since that height doesn't need a SYE and CV driveshaft, that transfer case drop kit will likely be all you need. Combining that 3" suspension lift with a 1" body lift would give you the same 4" of overall height gain without all the complexities a 4" suspension lift causes. Way simpler & less expensive.

|4Jeepn||in general you also will want a front adjustable trac-bar. As for the kits you listed the 1st one is no longer active or is a bad link. The RC kit is okay, as you said some like it some don't, but again you get what you pay for. If 1k is all you have, perhaps consider a smaller lift that includes more items and maybe add a 1" body lift. What size tires do you want to run?|

4" lift requierments
Im getting about $1000 for my tax return and trying to make the best of it. I found this basic lift on ebay but Im not sure if it has everything I need. Comes with 4" front and rear coil springs
4" front and rear shock absorbers
Heavy Duty rear lower control arms
Transfer case drop kit
Rear track bar relocation bracket
Extended length front sway bar links
All necessary hardware
It also shows shocks, but Im not sure if they come with. I don't get to do much of any off roading, but would like the clearance for mud and snow and minor offroading. Is this lift worth the money? would I need anything else? Any better lift options anyone has? I have seen that zone, skyjacker and rough country are all in the $500 range and thats what I'm looking for. I copied the link from the kit. Any help would be great because I'm not to sure on lifts
