coolin4u I think plain stock would make it look unfinished though with the custom fronts,...maybe someting like 3" Rear Bolt-On DeFender™ Flares (Steel) from poison spyder or other company?

CHL Having someone built them would prolly cost a lot more than even good plastic flares.

Check amazon.com and fill out the car profile option in the automotive section, then look for fender flares for your 87.

Might check ebay and do the same.

Rear fender ideas

Just got this sweet rebuilt 87 YJ but it has no rear fenders, the front are custom diamond plated ( powder coated red) ..
My question, do I go with standard flares on back or find someone to fabricate some rear fenders out of diamond plate
