Got the Avatar to work via a resize, but the same pic wouldn't upload for the showcase, oh well, I guess it doesn't like my pic for the showcase.

Trying to post a pic to my showcase

I have a pic, its a jpeg and around 50KBs, but when I go to upload it in my profile it says it's not supported. So then I posted it in a Thread under "Hello from Philly" and tried to use the URL and I get the message "URL cannot be opened"

What gives?
