|Csimp3||That makes sense! Thank you|

|TheJeepKing||A tummy tuck replaces the factory skid plate that acts like a shovel with a flatter skid that gives you more clearance. An SYE (slip yoke eliminator) helps driveline angles allowing you to lift it higher without getting vibes.|

|Csimp3||I thought about the body lift idea, but didn't want more frame exposed. Sorry for all of the questions, but tummy tuck? Sye?|

|RnEmOvr||Springs and shocks should be changed plus as stated you will most likely end up with vibs that need a SYE.|

1. 4" suspension lift, with ~2" bumpstop extensions in front and ~2.5" in the rear. See info about CV shafts here.
2. ~2.5" suspension lift, with a 1.25" body lift, with ~1-1.25" bumpstop extensions in front and ~1.25-1.5" in the rear. The 1.25" BL usually accompanies a 1" Motor Mount Lift to offset some of the driveline angles.
Either way you go, figure on some or many of the following components: longer front brake lines, extended sway bar links front and rear, gears, brake and steering upgrades to accommodate larger tires, SYE, CV shaft, bumpstop extensions, new shocks, adjustable track bars, and a rear track bar bracket.

|Water Dog||Put an 1.25" body lift on it.|

|Csimp3||Oh, I'm running 33s|

|Shark_13||You might need longer shocks. Going up to 4" might introduce vibes in the drive train which would need to be addressed also.|

|Big Sarge||bigger tires if you have the clearance. Have no clue what you are running.|

Any more height I can get out of my lift?
Ok, this may be a dumb question, but I'm new to lifts, I have a rancho 2.5 lift, and I'm wondering if I can change springs or anything else to get closer to 4 inches of lift? Here is a link to the kit I have, Rancho 2.5" Rockcrawler Suspension Lift Kit | Jeep Parts and Accessories | Quadratec, thank you!
