|cavediverjc||Lol......I go visit them every other year while they come here every other year so we get to see each other every year for a couple of weeks. My family trust owns a castle in Scotland (ruins now, actually) and the city where we're from is named after us. Check it out online. My last name is Cousland. The village is outside of Edinburgh. Pretty little village. (REALLY small. Like 300 people or so....)|

|cavediverjc||Right on!! Welcome to our madness.........|
|04-22-2010 10:36 PM|
|soonercamp||Hey, kinda new to the site. It's neat to see some mid-westerners. I will have to join a 4-wheeling trip with you guys sometime. (Oklahoman)|
|04-22-2010 10:27 PM|
|distortedtj||Heads up for anyone going to disney...you will love it...also make sure you have a spare tire.|

|cavediverjc||Tuttle Creek ORV Park is situated right next to the lake. It's mostly a low-lying area that seems to be pretty susceptible to low-level flooding. If mud is your thing, it's great after a rain. I'm not a big fan of mud personally, so I'll wait for a Disney trip where we can focus on the rocks. Tuttle has rocks too, but all in all it's a pretty messy place after a rain.|
|04-22-2010 09:19 PM|
|frankenbury||Disney? Is that down by Ft. Scott or am I missing something? That will give me a little more time to get some more gear. If Tuttle is soupy I would be spending the whole weekend in a hole with my current arrangement.|
|04-22-2010 07:36 PM|
I'm game...I'll have the axles and other stuff in by then.
|04-22-2010 07:13 PM|
well... who is going? I'm still down for going up there I already got off work 2moro... but I guess I could go in anyway... I know I need the money after buying new tires.
Idk if I really wanna go out and drive for 2hrs to play in mud... but I do need to get my jeep off the pavement sometime.
|04-22-2010 06:27 PM|
Well damn, it's starting to sound like I drove up here for nothing. At least I found out that the Rain Gear cover works well . I've never been to Tuttle so if you guys say it's going to be a mud-fest, I believe you. Post up if you guys change your mind before Friday afternoon. If not, I'll be heading back to Wichita for the weekend instead of Tuttle.
And I'll be gone in a few months, so the sooner the better for me getting out somewhere. If it's not before mid-June, I'm out until February.
|04-22-2010 05:37 PM|
And maybe if we plan this thing for later this summer, I'll have my 8.8 installed.
|04-22-2010 04:31 PM|
Let's kill this thread and plan round #2. Anyone care to wait a few months so I can get my jeep back together?
I say we make the next run at Disney. Mud sucks.

|kraziexj||I might still head up Saturday morning depending on the rain reports for today and tomorrow, but it's not looking good. I don't have to drive 2 hours to play in the mud.|
|04-22-2010 03:31 PM|
Well the wife says I'm out now too..she doesn't what the kids out there camping in the rain. .
Was really looking forward to this wheeling trip/camping with the family but the weather killed it for me and the family. We can try setting up for a later date.
|04-22-2010 10:13 AM|
Ya, Tuttle is going to be a soup hole with the amount of raid they're seeing up there right now. Even if it stops soon, it takes the better part of a few weeks for it to all dry up.
Those of you still going, have fun!
|04-22-2010 09:37 AM|
And I hate mud. ...oh well
Weather says clear and sunny all day Saturday!!!
I'll still be there friday on ..unless something happens.
|04-22-2010 09:21 AM|
That sucks man, hope things get worked out.
I'm still heading up if anyone's going to be there. It's raining like hell up here right now though. Hearing the amounts on the news, you'd think they were talking about snow....inches.
|04-21-2010 11:26 PM|
^^^^^ No problem bud. Prioities first.
I will be heading up friday. If anyone wants to head up with.
When is everyone else going?
Is anyone else going????????
|04-21-2010 08:44 AM|
Looks like unless things drastically change in the next 24 hours, I'm probably not going to be able to swing this trip. With the good old gubment jerkin us around on the unemployment extension cut off date, I had to go into extreme budget mode, so needless to say, money's a little tighter than normal.
Was really lookin forward to a big camping trip too

I was trying to swing this trip and come out from IL. I am still contemplating it. HMMM Trying not to take chunks out of the bank account with my move to cali this summer lol
HMM 10 hrs each way. Tempting but I don't think I can swing it. How bout we try and plan something when I make the pilgrimage to the west coast
|04-21-2010 02:27 AM|
No worries cavey.
SO... who is going Thurday or Friday???
|04-19-2010 12:42 PM|
|cavediverjc||Looks like it's going to have to be Saturday morning for me. The girlfriend just found out she has to work Friday night at the hospital. We'll plan on leaving EARLY Saturday morning so we can get set up at the campground before everyone wants to go to the ORV Park. I'm bummed. I wanted to get out there Friday evening.|
|04-19-2010 08:42 AM|
|kraziexj||I was just looking at mine the other day. I've got 35inch Big Horns on 15x8s at 20 psi F&R and still have 1.5 inches on both sides of the tread that isn't touching. I thought about dropping them to 6psi for the week to break them in prior to this weekend.|
|04-18-2010 10:03 PM|
That is pretty low. I run 28/27 in my 33's and pretty common pressure is 28psi for 33's. 22psi just seems low for them.
Also if you need to barrow anything else just let us know and we can bring it up with us.
