3rd gear jumpy?

I have come to notice over the past few days that ever time i go from 2nd to 3rd gear (unless it is the absolut perfect shift) my jeep jumps a little bit. It is a huge jump/jerk but its only right after I switch, after a second it stops.

I have a couple ideas what it could be but I just wanted some input from some of my fellow wranglers. thanks guys!
