|SonicBoom||Just FYI, if you also have a front bumper there is a rattle from the D rings on bumps which is normal. Make sure it's the latch and not the D ring.|

I am having a rattle as well. It's annoying... I assume it's from the latch but not sure. Ryan if you know of a fix please let me know more info.
On a side note I'm looking at the warn zeon 10-s winch. Anyone running this on their bumper that can post pics.... Thanks.
Ryan do y'all cary Warn. Any deals for Black Friday?

Most of the aftermarket bumpers are not tow rated. Cause it is expensive as hell to get tow rated then liability ect .....
I had a custom built swing out tire carrier on my 95 It was 3"x5" 1/4" tube with a 1/4" 2" receiver through welded and the bumper bolted to the cross member with 8 grade 8 bolts and had frame tie ins also. I towed with it several times

You see where your stock bumper bracket is sandwiched between your hitch bracket and cross bar? That's exactly where the Barricade bumper's bracket goes. You just pull the aft bolt out, may have to loosen the forward bold a bit, slip the new bumper bracket in, and voilą! However, I'm not sure the bottom of the bumper will clear your hitch bar (the center extension where you attach the adaptor). You could always order, mock up, then cut or file whatever gets in the way. Again, I'll take those pics you asked for soon as I get home.

Hey all, I know this is off topic, but Beastmaster entered me into the Veterans Day contest. If you don't mind, toss me a vote. If you scroll through the thread, I think on page 4, you will see a pic of me in my Drill Sgt. days. The pic was taken in 2001. I served from 96-09. Thanks.
The link above takes you to the weird version of the thread and my pic doesn't show. If you go to the actual thread it does. This is the pic I posted.

Marked the bolt ends and the nuts to check for movement. Gunna replace with longer bolts. The provided ones don't hit the nylon band. Hard to see with the flash, but you get the idea. Still not complaining. I love this thing!

I just took the tag holder off. Drilled 2 holes in the plate and bent it into a curve around the tub.

Brought her back home last night. Overall, took a few hours but that's because of rusty bolts that didn't want to come out.
Love it. Shaved the bottom right corner of the license plate holder and snipped the corner of the plate as well so the handle moved without obstruction. However, you don't see it because the handle latch covers it. Perfect. I'll post better pics later.

Drove to a friends house cuz I was out of grease for the tire swing

My app won't let me post more than one pic at a time for some reason. As I click to load a second pic the page goes blank. So I'll have to upload in separate posts.
Not the best pics cuz it was late. Got the bumper on after some minor mods.

Anyone tell me the best method for hammering this tab down without a table vice? Just a good ol' fashioned hammer on the ground for now. Tab is bent upward at an angle that won't let it slide into place. It's about a 4th of an inch off.
