Stock radio swap question

I'm looking to swap out the standard '130' radio in my 2010 Wrangler for another OEM radio that is sirius-ready. Does anyone know if the OEM radios from past years (2007-2009) use the same wiring harness and frame as what is currently installed? (I recognize that I would to would still have to buy the sirius wiring/antenna kit.) I noted a lot of refurb ones on the net that seem to meet the criteria but are from previous JK years.

In addition, I would welcome ideas for purchasing an upgraded radio for the vehicle that supports Sirius. Thanks much...
