kirok Take the bulb out and clean the two terminal points in the bulb socket. Also make sure the bulb fits correctly. I had the same problem and thought it was a short. The bulb was not in correctly and was not seated right in the socket.

derekshep check the grounds (bolts) and wires at the light first, if that dont work come back here for more

are there any pigtails or any other connections that i can check ? and where are they?:

driver side brake light problem

my brake light on the driver side works off and on. im thinking maybe a short? or a look connection somewhere?

any ideas?
