Key In Ignition :: UPDATE

UPDATE::

I had the Jeep in today...apparently faulty key cylinder...part order, Jeep goes back tomorrow (I could've left it there, but then i have no way of getting home, or anywhere...only a one car family)...best news...covered under basic Warranty...

I was told it only takes about an hour to change too...will check back tomorrow!

Key In Ignition

Hey I have one: I put the key in the ignition and start the jeep, I can remove the key by pulling out, sometimes it actully falls out. Is there any thing I can do to fix this without buying a new igntion switch with keys that won't work the doors then.

you put the key in, and when you try to turn the key, it almost feels as if it is the wrong key...the ignition won't turn...you have to jiggle the key a bit to get it to work...

has anybody else had this happen? would this be covered under warranty or is this gonna hurt the pocket book?
It won't cost anything to find out.
