Howdy from New Bern

Howdy from New Bern. I'm enjoying my '95 YJ with the doors off for a few weeks now; admittedly I have to bundle up in the mornings though! My husband is cruising around in a JK '08 4D.

I've never been mechanical, not to say I can't be, I just haven't had a reason or opportunity to be. There's lots I'd love to understand and be able to do with my Wrangler.. another user suggested I find an off road group where folks hang out and work on each other's ride. So I guess I'm asking if anyone knows of a group like this in my area? Craven County/Eastern NC..
