|solman||Thanks for the reply. It has a soft top for now but I'd like to find a hard top before winter. Im still up in the air about what lift to get. With 2 young kids, finding extra money to put into the jeep will be scarce for a while. I just figured a cheap 3" lift for now and I could always upgrade in the future. I've read some reviews on the zone lift and it seams ok. I know its no comparison to the better kits on the market, But I cant justify spending more on my lift then I did on the Jeep. At least not in the near future.|

Yep, most likely you just need either an adapter plate for the rear trackbar, or an adjustable track bar to make up for the lift.
The sag in the right rear is really common to have once the springs start to wear a bit. Out of curiosity, do you have a hard top on it too?
The Zone lift will do the job for you for cheap. However, even though you don't plan on doing a lot of offroading, the lift kit you choose will still make or break your street ride as well.
I have made the mistake of going cheap over quality on a lift kit before - and I will never do that again. Even if you have to save a little while to get something decent, you will thank yourself in the end. That's what I did so that I could get the Old Man Emu kit that I ride now, and the difference is amazing. Compared to what I had on my old YJ (I had decent springs, but ProComp shocks - and not the good ones) it rides like a Cadillac, with a crapload of flex
So, long story short, in my opinion you should save up and spend cash on the lift - and try to save in other areas.

My first wrangler
Ive been lurking for a couple weeks but this is my first post.I bought a 97 wrangler sport about 2 weeks ago. So far so good. It has 134k on the clock and seems to run good. I replaced the exhaust manifold last weekend with one from eBay that has the accordion sections. Currently the jeep has a skyjacker 2"BB from the previous owner. I bought it knowing that it has a grind in 3rd and 4th gear, but no worries I'm picking up a good tranny today. I noticed that the rear axle is not centered to the body though. It is shifted about 1/2" to the drivers side. Is this from the 2" BB? Also it sits about 1" lower in the right rear corner then it does on the left. Im assuming this is just the stock spring sagging.
I was thinking about getting the Zone 3" lift kit this summer. I will only be doing minor off roading on some local dirt roads in the mountain and an occasional trip through a local mud pit. Do you guys think this lift will work for me with out sacrificing too much ride quality and driveability?
