sounds like the clutch may be out of adjustment and is not backing out far enough, could even be as simple as low clutch fluid. Pull your cap, pump the clutch a couple times to bubble out any air and ensure it is at the fill level. Usually the resevoir is on the firewall somewhere, not sure on the jeeps.
I've also seen this if the synchronizer gears are getting bad or if the tranny is low on fluid.

grinds every gear!!
ok ive read the threads on grinding in third or second etc. but mine does it in every gear. if i am going real slow and go from 1st to 2nd its not that bad. but when i have a little rpm's it grinds. suggestion?
