^^^ indeed good info for a 4'' lifted YJ.
Take the track bars OFF and leave them off.
SYE and CV driveshaft most Always needed ....OR..transfer case drop required.

x2 on the SYE and cv drive shaft. I have been running the RC lift for over a year now without a SYE or cv drive shaft. No vibes at all.
Also, when you do the lift, you may as well not bother with re-installing your front or rear track bars. I had them and the ride was a bit rough. Removed them and much softer. Very little body roll and flexes better on the twisty stuff. Good luck with the install and take before and after pics to show us.

|morphious||not actually i have the four inch kit and no sye or cv drive shaft. and i have no vibes what so ever but it can depend on the jeep. iv heard of people who do need it and some that dont like me. if you have the money to afford the sye i would definitely go that route, but if moneys tight you should be just fine with out it.|

|Kohrs93||You're also going to need a SYE or CV driveshaft with a 4" lift, if you didn't know.|

|computeruser||Both are fine for their pricepoint. I ran RoughCountry for some years on a YJ and it worked well.|

Rough country does indeed ride like crap on a TJ, I will not argue that fact what so ever. YJ's are alittle different. Coil spring to leaf springs is two completely different observations. The Rough Country 4'' lift is one of the most liked lifts for a YJ, and maybe the most used.

Dont do either. I was researching both and found out part f the rustys kit was just pucks and 2.5 suspension. I didnt like that imo. Secondly I looked at rough country, tried their lift and hated it. Horrible ride, alot of shuttering and bounce.
I desided to be a little different and went with a 4in Zone lift. Im happy with the purchase I had. I dont even need to use a SYE, no drive line vibes at all.
Check them out, $530.00 shipped to your door and everything fit like a glove
