no problems here yet, just failed NJ state inspection about twenty two times.
Yea not worth it at all especially if you're going to be paying him for the rims. If not, then pick up a set of cheap Cragers and throw the tires on there.

IMO Spacers and adaptors are a bad idea, the best and strongest connection is a direct connection.
In addition, in NY / NJ cops LOVE giving tickets for wheels sticking out past the flares

|Jerry Bransford||Don't bother, going to 5 to 6 lugs with an adapter simply to run a buddy's wheels isn't worth it. Especially since the adapter would make them stick out pretty far since undoubtedly his 6 lug wheels already have a reduced amount of backspacing.|

An adaptor is also a spacer, but a spacer isn't an adaptor.

|jdhallissey||yea they are wheel spacers. Some hate them and some love them. I have no issue with running them, it will run you about the same price for new rims as it does for the spacers. I also like the spacers for the fact that it widens the tire track by 3 or so inches total.|

Wrangler Lug conversion?
my friend told me he has a set of tires and rims but they are 6lug, are there any conversion kits out there to make a 5x4.5 to a 6? i know i gotta figure out the spacing but i was just checkin first. thanks guys
