1999 jeep wrangler 2.5 sport engine starter

dear friends,
I'm Dario from Bergamo, Italy,
the engine starter of my 1999 jeep wrangler TJ 2.5 sport need to be replaced.
I start to unscrew the two support bolts, the vertical ones.
The first one ok, with the second started my nightmare
Still stuck in the same place, I tried everything but is not coming out.
any suggestion???
The head of the screw is now completely destroyed.

Thanks for any feedback

Dario
